Chris Malham
Chris Malham has been exposed to all facets of the
landscape industry since 1976. Chris started his career
with Cityscape, Inc. while attending Arizona State
University, where he graduated from in 1983. During
the 17 years Chris was employed by Cityscape, Inc. he
served in many capacities including Field
Superintendent, Purchasing Agent, Project Manager,
Business Development Representative, General Manager and
Partner. In 1993, after a 3 year stint with Scapes, Inc.
in Atlanta, Georgia, he joined Valley Crest Landscape
Development, where he held the position of Business
Development Representative at their Arizona Branch. His
day-to-day involvement with the sales and marketing
efforts on a variety of projects, inclusive of
residential communities, retail centers, office
complexes and golf courses enabled him to secure in
excess of $135 million worth of private contracts during
the 13 years he spent with them. In 2004 he became
involved with the launching of SiteWorks. Presently,
Chris holds the position of Partner and Director of
Business Development for this commercial landscape
development company, which is predominantly servicing
the private development and construction sector
throughout Arizona and does an annual volume of $21
million. |
Rob Spoor
As a graduate in the School of Landscape Architecture at
Syracuse University, Rob Spoor has worked in a variety
of capacities in both landscape design & construction.
He held the position of Project Manager for ValleyCrest
Landscape Development from 1997-2003 in which his daily
activities included the management of all contract
administration, client relations, project scheduling,
subcontractor negotiations and vendor buy-outs. From
ValleyCrest, Rob went on to Landscapes Unlimited as
Senior Project Manager and oversaw the start-up of a new
branch office which was an integration of contracting
processes and procedures into an existing
infrastructure. Now, as a Partner and Director of
Operations for SiteWorks, Rob oversees all phases of
Project Management, Estimating, Purchasing for contracted work that averages in
size from $100,000 to $6 million. |
